Cruel Instruction (2022)

A girl stabs another girl in the arm with a pencil, causing blood to spew and run down her arm, large amounts of blood is shown.

A girl attempts to commit suicide by hanging herself, she is shown unconscious as another girl discovers her and shouts for help.

Throughout the movie, it shows how cruel and wrong the troubled teen industry is, which can anger viewers, there are many frightning scenes, including a girl almost dying in a hospital and a girl hanging herself.
