RLC: The MIR Perspective (2010)

Paranormal investigator Ron Harper claims to have proof of Alien civilizations when he presents a recording of an Alien broadcast concerning the star and director of a movie both derided and applauded at the same time. Stolen by Sammy "The Bookmark" Gogoletchi from the infamous "Red League", Harper is tracked by the organization's brutal enforcers the "Men (and Women)-In-Red", desperately trying to get the recording back.
