COVID-19 has impacted many lives in the state of Missouri. Angela Kender's is one of them. After losing her mother to Covid-19 in 2020, she reflects on her life, and figures out a way to make that death mean something. Angela starts the Missouri Covid-19 Memorial and goes to Jefferson City, MO to ask for a mask mandate.
