The Exterminator: Retribution (2022)

After reading a letter from his father, given by is uncle Tom, 37 years later, the son of John Eastland the exterminator takes his father's place to destroy a criminal organization that dominates the city of Detroit, and the underground crime syndicate led by Don Teschio.
