The Angry Neighbor (2022)

Summer and her family have just moved into a lovely neighborhood in Mango Park. The teen decides to go door to door to introduce herself and offer her car washing and lawn mowing services. One particular neighbor, Mr. Owens is not very friendly and generally views everyone in the neighborhood as a nuisance. While on his cell phone, Mr. Owens gets extremely agitated and collapses on the ground. Luckily for him, his new neighbor Summer bolts into action and immediately calls for help.
