Two years have passed since the capture of deranged vigilante serial killer "The Hangman" (Ben Manning: The Snarling). Police Detective "Bishop" (Vicki Adebola: Are you watching closely?) struggles to finish this chapter on her most high profile arrest, she needs closure but to get this she needs to visit her adversary one final time.
