A man called Miquel Serra seems to be the seed of discord in his town, Cerdanyola. Someone thinks he deserves a tribute. Someone, otherwise, says that he is a smuggler who made a big fortune when Soviet Union time. No one seems to agree about what kind of man is Miquel Serra.
