Shadowboo Man (2021)

Caily leaves her husband to go help her dementia-ridden grandfather while they get the house ready to sell. After some disturbing drawings turn up from her grandfather, Caily isn't sure what to think as strange things start happening around the house. The neighbors across the street, old urban legends and more lead to Caily wanting to get out as soon as possible.
