The Promise (2022)

Set in 2030, The promise follows Chika and Ada, a young couple living in Nigeria trying to start a family in a country at war with itself. Their world changed suddenly and everything comes crumbling down when years after NYSC camp and brief military training, Chika receives a deployment letter ordering him to report for duty in the war against insurgents.
