Phantom of the Evergreens (2021)

Lennart Dreyfus is a college student who has recently moved to an unnamed Pacific Northwest university town. Shortly after his arrival, he is stalked by a perpetually-masturbating figure in a latex Joe Biden mask. As Lennart attempts to identify this menace, he discovers that not only are most of the citizens of this outwardly progressive town already aware of the pervert, but they also refuse to speak of the matter - and, increasingly, ostracize him for his efforts.
