Puram (2021)

Based on a 2000-year-old Tamil poem. It's the year 100 BC, somewhere in present-day Tamil Nadu, India. A widowed mother and her son go about their daily chores while recalling how she lost her father and husband in battle. The mother knows sooner or later she might have to send her only son to the battlefront since an invasion is around the corner.
