Vampire Games (2021)

Four reluctant heroes are recruited by vampires to participate in the bloody arenas of the Thirteenth Annual Renfield Games for the honor to accord the title of Drudge Supreme, only to end up fighting the Vampire Empire's ancient nemesis-- mysterious aliens from outer space.
