As psychiatrist Dr. Alexander Steiner tries to relax in his office suddenly there is a knock on his door. In front of it there's is a young woman, who needs to talk to him. But while she is telling Dr. Steiner about her problem he advices her something he immediately regrets. He doesn't know how to get out of that situation and has to make a decision.
