STORY SUMMARY: The story is about Isabel, chosen and groomed by a mysterious organization, known as The Phantom Council, to run for the presidency of the United States. Isabel meets Sebastian, a Top Military Consultant for the Pentagon, who is selected as her VP. The Phantom Council seeks to utilize Sebastian to overthrow America and finish what they failed to do years ago. Eager to keep America safe, Isabel learns that Sebastian is not who she thought he was, endangering her presidency and the country.
