Io resto (2021)

Brescia, March 2020. The Spedali Civili, the town's public hospital, suddenly finds itself overwhelmed with ill people. In the finest direct cinema tradition, Michele Aiello succeeds in documenting a moving slice of life and in filming, at the worse moments of this collective tragedy, the unprecedented relationships that unite the patients and healthcare staff in the face of the unknown.
