Sir Charles Baskerville dies in mysterious circumstances with a strange grimace of fear on his face. Legend has it that the perpetrator of this death may be a wild beast appearing in the surrounding swamps. Local residents are horrified by the story of the curse brought upon the family by Hugo Baskerville. Dr. Jakub Mortimer, an acquaintance of the late Sir Charles, together with Henryk, heir to the Baskerville-Hall estate, decide to ask for help from the well-known detective Sherlock Holmes. Nothing, however, goes smoothly as expected by Sherlock and Watson, who has to deal with the crime scene on his own for some time. Their investigation is complicated by threatening letters, unfavorable neighbors, unexpected twists and, above all, mysterious howls in the Devon swamps. What will be the solution to the mysterious mystery of Sir Charles' death? Is the beast shrouded in legend just an invention of local residents or a real danger? Should the heir of the Baskervilles estate be concerned for his life? Detective Sherlock Holmes and his faithful companion, Dr. Watson, will investigate the case.
