Pot Waco

Pot Waco starts on 9/11, 2001, and flashbacks to 1990, when Editor of High Times launches the modern marijuana movement only to find his allies railroaded into jail and stripped of their assets. But on 9/11, he learns FBI snipers have killed two of his best friends.
