Waiting for Eve (2022)

When the two flatmates, Rory Cavendish and Thomas Gingerly, complete opposites, both platonically involved with the presently absent landlady, Eve, find themselves in a pandemic lockdown, they suddenly notice each other's company with a new and unpleasant acuteness. They struggle to understand each other's ways and how both of them can be friends with Eve. However, despite the depressing necessity to tolerate a strange neighbour, their chats allow them to re-discover each other and to appreciate the values of friendship and loyalty.
