The Running on Empty Festival Highlights reel. What an amazing event for Cobar. The festival is a tribute to the film Running on Empty as Cobar was a main location showcasing some fantastic street machines while garnering young actors of the time show casing their talents on the big screen. The Festival was started by Benny Hewlett and John De Bruin to raise money for the Cobar's war memorial.
