Zombie the Living Dead: Round2hell (2021)

A doctor did an experiment but that experiment was not successful. After that human started converting in a ZOMBIE and eating each other, but some still not affected by that virus so they are trying to survive. The twist is that a ZOMBIE is normal human but he's acting to be a ZOMBIE.
