Farve, lys og venskab (1965)

Painter and theater set designer Svend Johansen is celebrating his 75th birthday. His work and life is documented through interviews with people who worked closely with him over the years - and also reflected by interviews with other contemporary set design artists. Frits Helmuth recites passages written about Johansen while a pas de deux from the ballet "Landlov" is performed by two dancers in Johansen's original set design.
