At a remote cabin, Max, Pecan, and Ve wait while three female drug mules "deliver" a kilo of cocaine smuggled in through their stomachs. As patience grows thin and tempers start to flare, Max and the gang find themselves under attack by a rival gang with a score to settle. Now, Max finds himself in a desperate situation as he must work with the very people he intends to take down.
