Rimi (2021)

Rimi, a housewife, finds herself stuck in the roles of a mother and wife and in the mundane life of domesticity. On a rainy day, she encounters her daughter's friend Riya and is immediately drawn towards her. A desire awakens in Rimi and Riya's magnetism, beauty and youth pushes Rimi to realise how she hasn't gone out in the rain in the last 20 years, despite loving it so much. Reaching a state of realisation and sensing a feeling awakening in her, Rimi finds herself on the threshold of leaving everything behind and embracing liberation.
