Residents living in a downtown Los Angeles apartment complex experience several very strange occurrences. What at first seems to be a simple security breach from a lowly hacker turns into a paranormal phenomenon. A phenomenon being orchestrated by a sinister presence with the ability to enslave the souls of the dead and use them for its own agenda. From writer and director Dalton R.
