After the tragic death of a loved one, a young black pianist wrestles with guilt and the immediate pressure to retaliate. Jeremiah feels trapped-stuck in a fit of rage, sorrow, and guilt. He seeks answers from his father, but after finding no solace, chooses to act on his own. Set in Compton, CA, EYE FOR AN i is a contemporary meditation on grief and masculinity within our community.
