Activation Energy (2021)

After catching his wife with his best friend, a timid insurance salesman named David, who has lived an uneventful and careful life, receives solace and advice from his sister-in-law Molly. The night that follows becomes a goofy, substance-induced ride of self exploration, boundary pushing, and maybe a few mistakes in between. He discovers his activation energy, the catalyst that causes him to finally stand up to his demons. And, at the same time, he accidentally enacts some revenge on his back-stabbing buddy. Justice is served, and life starts anew.
