Azazul Aluhara is operating a sadistic cult called "Children of the dark mother" who sacrifice people in to open a portal for a spirit named Kiyohami who is also known as "Goddess of 1,000 faces." Three different people, a war vet, a doctor and a detective are thrown in as an offering. Each have their own nightmare created by Kiyohami herself and they all must find a way to save themselves.
