La Recompensa (1988)

A man finds a suitcase containing $80,000. Being an honest man, he returns it to lost and found. Dubbed "the last honest man in Colombia," he must contend with media frenzy, a gloating boss, a wife who refuses to sleep with him, and criminals who are after the money.
