At one point, just about every human alive will hear a voice only they hear. Each person and each voice has a story. This is the story about Kevin Healey, a Toronto-based Hearing Voices Support Worker who personifies his main voice Dave Umbongo as a cool-looking puppet with sunglasses. This short documentary film attempts to expand our limited definitions of normalcy, embraces other ways of perceiving the world and asserts our humanity in an increasingly dehumanizing world.
