Lots of violence in the movie! It's extremely intense and doesn't shy away from blood and Gore. It's filmed in very intense angles and it's pretty realistic. In terms of actual blood and gore it isn't over the top but pretty graphic. There's lots of blood splattering and gore sprays.

Torture, shootings, gun fights, hand to hand combat, etc. It's a Scott Atkins movie, so this much should be expected.
