There's a scene where we see a close-up of breasts in the mirror after the girl moves away and the breasts are visible.

The main character gets out of bed and we see her breasts.

You can see the girl's nipple while trying on the dress.

A man spits up blood suddenly and dies in the opening scene. Throughout the movie his corpse is periodically shown rotting over time with his skin being infested with maggots.

There is a 2-minute scene of eyelash extensions being surgically sewn into a woman's eyelids; the needle is shown entering and piercing the skin in several unbroken closeups.

A woman puts a meat cleaver onto her toes and smashes it with a log in an attempt to cut them off but fails, managing to partially sever them; a 20 second shot shows blood pooling and gushing out of the realistically severed toes. She collapses and another woman chops the toes off both feet in an unbroken take.

3 minute scene of a 20-foot tapeworm being pulled out a woman's mouth before she foams at the mouth and a dozen baby tapeworms fall out.

A woman unable to walk falls off her bed and then down long flights of stairs breaking her nose, one front tooth and injuring herself. Very bloody and realistic wounds.

A woman attacks and chases another with a meat cleaver however she escapes.

A doctor uses cocaine as a painkiller to numb a woman's eyelids. He pulls his mask aside briefly and snorts the rest of the coke off his finger.

There are some very violent scenes that many viewers may find upsetting and disgusting, especially near the end of the film. These include, but are not limited to, self mutilation, forced vomiting, and graphically depicted cosmetic surgery.
