This is the story of Álvaro Romero, a Colombian man whose family was raised by the popular Colombian saying: "those who want no broth shall get two plates". The saying had such a strong power that every single member of Álvaro's family -except for one- ended up working on something they loathed, as, otherwise, they'd get beaten up. Álvaro, though, was the epitome, as what he hated was food. Years of beating-ups led him to become a recognized food critic with the goal of shutting down every restaurant in his city.
