Ab Orismi. Ritratti E Autoritratto (2022)

ABOrismi. RITRATTI e AUTORITRATTO is a brief, brilliant and dadaist tribute to one of the most renowned historian, curator and art critic of the last fifty years. Specificly, the short film explores and gives shape to Achille Bonito Oliva's famous aphorisms, that he wrote and published throughout the years on various papers, becoming appreciated on an international level. ABO is a trademark and with him the aphorisms have become Aborisms. The film presents several portraits that various artists have dedicated to him through time as we follow him on a remarkable visit at the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, among works of artists that he has looked after, and still looks after, as curator and essayist.
