Disaster Man (2022)

After an interrogation by agents Billings and Pillings Dale admits that he might be the cause of the disasters. They tell Dale they have both the money and resources to help him learn how to control his powers, but he needs to help them first in their operation to eliminate the head of the Sinaloa drug cartel, Alejandro Mendoza. During the interview, we learn there are other miscreations like Dale; code names - Mr. Lucky, Fear Munger and Ignoramus. Dale is reluctant to help the U.T.P.T.F. They give Dale the night to think it over. He heads home where we discover Dale's drowning in a sea of medical bills trying to care for his ailing mother. Knowing he has no other choice, Dale makes the call to agent Pillings and Operation 'Disaster Man' is a go.
