Outlaws

On the heels of who they believe to be a child kidnapper with stolen Tamaranean tech, Jason Todd, Roy Harper, and Koriand'r have finally managed to corner their suspect in one of Blüdhaven's derelict buildings. As the gang plans to spring into action, they must steel themselves for what may very well be a fight for the lives of Blüdhaven's numerous missing children. But with an unseen and seemingly omnipotent quarry, are these three heroes truly prepared to face the horrors that await them when they are drawn into the shadows and confronted by him?
