Sarah is walking home from school when she notices she is being followed. After politely answering the stranger's questions, she continues on her way. The creepy guy continues to follow her all the way home, so she decides to call the police. But when the officer arrives, he seems to be more interested in shaming the poor girl for what she is wearing than attempting to apprehend the suspect.
