the boy vs. THE TROLL (2022)

A young boy named Jacob is taunted by a man who dresses up as a troll. The only person in his family who seems to care is his sister, Ellie, who suspects the dad of being the troll. She tries to convince her dad to stop dressing up as a troll, but he denies the whole thing. Jacob, who is convinced that the troll is real and becomes afraid to go anywhere outside the house. Meanwhile, his brother, Miles, gets in to a fight with his girlfriend where it is revealed that Miles is the one dressing up as a troll. Miles orchestrates a final confrontation to scare Jacob, which goes horrible awry.
