He Returns (2015)

The story of a nameless ghost returning from WWII every year and wonders the streets of his beloved home, Plymouth. He's proud of their victory but leaves disheartened just a little bit more each time as he witnesses the downfall of humanity and what his race has lost during the passing of time.
