Black Hair (2022)

Black Hair explores the different and often harsh ways that Black hair is looked at in the workplace. Major companies have previously banned styles such as braids, locs, afros and other natural styles. Even without explicit bans, Black people leave themselves open to criticism if they choose to wear their natural hair at work. Some go to extreme lengths to appear professional in the workplace with expensive weaves and chemical treatments.
