You see the main characters experience traumatic experiences of their childhood, which involves assassinations and experiments with young kids. Some people who experienced depression themselves might be affected by the movie. There is also domestic violence imcluding a man hitting a child and wife. People who survived or experienced domestic abuse/violence.

Due to its strong and depressive themes, the movie is probably the darkest MCU film to date, some moments can be very disturbing to audiences.

Mental instability and depression are topics heavily focused on in the film.
