The Smoke Detectives (1990)

The Smoke Detectives are an organization of kids who are called to the old spooky house of Count Floyd. They show Count Floyd the fire hazards in his house while he tries to frighten them with his story of the Fire Monster. Will the Smoke Detectives convince Count Floyd to change his reckless ways?
