Sugar Crash (2019)

Gray is a man with a violent and sketchy past. He is on a trip of self-discovery and returns to a city he abandoned long ago and discovers that anything with sugar in it has been outlawed, ruining a few businesses in the process. A distrusting ex, a homeless man, and a sociopath all end up getting mixed in the chaos.
