Melancholy

Melancholy is a film that pays it's respects to the classic "Sexploitation Roughies" of the early 60s and makes its big return in Melancholy, with a sex fiend criminal on the loose and it's up to the detectives of Mel and Connie to investigate and put a end to this evil in this small town.
