In Hand (2019)

Tetsu is a scientist who studies parasites earnestly out of his home laboratory. His assistant and he work on these diligently. He is intelligent and an expert in the subject matter, but he is also abetted in his field by his prosthetic arm. An official from the central government visits Tetsu. He is there to recruit the scientist for work on a mysterious organism.
