The series consists of three segments per episode: Art Magic (site visit with children to create art or view artists work) Keep Fit for Kids filmed in the studio Nature site visit to continue episode theme, for example, Caroline Hardacre artist takes kids to field to collect sheep wool, to create a picture with the sheep's wool.
