Je vous ai tant aimé (1958)

-In a small village in Gaspésie (province of Quebec, Canada), a close-knit fishing family is having fun rebuilding their lives. The father complains all day long, but can cry over nothing; the girl, very intelligent, makes a strong impression on the inhabitants of the village; and the mother, a holy woman, ensures everyone's balance. In the village, there are few extraordinary events, but everyone knows the joys and disappointments that daily life brings.
