Echo's Wayward (2009)

Set in the not too distant future, Station: Echo 49 was built on another world in an effort to save humanity, should another world war break-out. Contact with Earth was lost, and Echo 48 assumed the worst. Without the proper supplies from Earth, Echo could not maintain control. Several of the subjects held in the facility escaped; pursued by Echo guards.
