Ardent lovers Boris and Vera decide to make their romance a resort one; Vera lies to her husband Igor that she's going for a break in Yalta with her astrologer friend Karina, but Igor suddenly wants to accompany his wife. Saving the situation, Boris invites Lada, his neighbor and former classmate, to fill the role of a mythical friend.
