Episode 1: When Nozomi Ema is getting tattooed, some blood can be seen coming out from her skin. She is crying in pain.
Multiple yakuza people are found brutally killed. Lots of blood around the place. At least one man is missing his head. Some severed hands can be seen. Nozomi is seen to have bruises.
A nurse is raped by an ogre. In her next scene, she is seen having bruises.
Reiko Kure slaps Nozomi, who then violently fights back when some policemen try to stop her.
A man attempts to stab Nozomi to death, but hits a nun.
A bloody corpse of a man is found. His back has been ripped off in a disturbing matter.
Reiko shoots an ogre, who simply doesn't get affected by the bullets.
Episode 2: When a doctor is examing Reiko's vagina, it is revealed Reiko has some laceration (some cuts) inside her vagina.
An ogre violently attacks a rapist, off-screen. But we see some blood splattering on Nozomi's face.
A man is stabbed in the chest, and is cut in the throat. But he doesn't die.
A man threatens to kill Reiko if Nozomi doesn't watch a rape.
A man triggers a gun inside Reiko's vagina. It is soon revealed the gun is empty for bullets.
An ogre chops off a man's left arm off-screen. Blood splatters on a painting and an unconscious Reiko, and we then see the severed arm.
A girl puts a needle into a man's neck, killing him. We see a close up of the needle and little blood coming out from the neck.

Episode 3: A man is beaten up, and has his arm cut with a needle.
Jun Ando kicks a woman away from her, and lets her become raped by some people.
A gunshot is heard. It is revealed Reiko has shot a man in the knee, when an another man points his gun at her.
An ogre kills several people in a quite gory matter. Some of the people have their heads crushed. From one of the people, lots of blood spray on an another man.
Several policemen are killed. Two have needles stuck into their heads. One is strangled with wire, one is impaled in the chest with bloody result, and one has his head slashed with a pretty gory result.
A man has a needle stuck into his neck.
Episode 4: Nozomi holds around a torned rose. Little blood seen.
A man's penis is cut in half. Lots of blood spray from the man.
Nozomi holds a piece of a broken glass. Very little blood seen.
Reiko aims to shoot Jun, but gets knocked down by a man.
Jun slaps and kicks Reiko during a bondage scene, and threatens to shoot her.
Jun threatens to shoot Reiko.
