Lady of Steel (2014)

An innocent woman, Sara, becomes haunted by her husband's death; later she learns that he secretly worked in the drug business. Sara slowly begins her own drug-trafficking business and becomes a woman she never expected to be. Sara fights endlessly to save her son from his severe diabetes and the opposing cartel, while having to deal with a life of crime.
